Simone Rifkind was born in South Africa. After school she studied at the Johannesburg Art Foundation for a year and then she studied graphic design at Witwatersrand Technicon.

Simone started designing jewellery in 2007. 

In 2009 she moved to Israel where she opened up a studio in her home.

Simone also facilitates jewellery workshops for adults and children.
